April Lynn has more than 10 years of experience in leadership and management training for large corporations such as FedEx Office and Office Depot. Additionally, she has several years of sales and sales management for Ulta. Becoming a small business owner herself, Lynn left the corporate sector and focused on small business development and training.
For nearly 15 years, Lynn has specialized in administration management, including human resources. As a consulting and personnel manager for several small businesses, Lynn has developed an exemplary reputation in recruitment, placement, and professional development.
April Lynn most recently was instrumental in the development of a Florida startup company, Overseas Research Consulting. By supporting the mission of the company she provided professional, accurate, strategic and responsive communications. She built and maintained key relationships to encourage public engagement, community involvement, create positive exposure with media outlets and other stakeholders.
Personally, Lynn is passionate about helping others and focuses her efforts in at-risk youth through mentoring programs and initiatives. As Senior Communication Specialist of LEAP Association, Lynn, is dedicated and focused to supporting the development, improvement and implementation of internal and external communications programs and processes. Armed with the drive to lead effectively, aware of the importance of accountability, Lynn is ready to perform.
Meshi Avery, M.Ed., NCC, LPC
MeShi Avery, has an expansive career in the field of human services and education. With over 15 years of experience dedicated to empowering students toward success, her passion derives from her own personal challenges of once being a disadvantaged inner city youth overcoming dire academic and socio-economic circumstances. However, with the assistance of dedicated and caring professionals providing her with the necessary guidance, support and resources needed to succeed, MeShi's path was redirected in a manner that profoundly changed her destiny.

MeShi is a proud native of Atlanta, GA. She graduated from
Spelman College, Magna Cum Laude and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services. To advance her education further, she attended the University of West Georgia and earned a Master of Arts degree in Education. She is a national certified and licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia.
She has dedicated over 20 years of service to Georgia's under-represented populations via government agencies, non-profit organizations, civic groups and private corporations. Ms. Avery's educational background as well as her personal and professional experience equips her with the expertise to deliver results oriented programming that undoubtedly empowers students toward success!
Ms. Avery is a member of several professional, civic and community organizations. Her joy in life derives from investing her time and attention in experiences and opportunities that educate, elevate, and inspire people to live an empowered life.

Warren R. Turner began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co.
in the mid-1980s, working primarily with publicly owned and privately held clients in the high technology, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
In 1993, he left Andersen as an Enterprise Group Manager to join Dickens Data Systems, Inc., as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President.
Over the next five years, he helped transform the company from a small high tech manufacturer to the leading IBM distributor of midrange systems, and,
in 1998, he helped Dickens realize its exit strategy of being acquired by a large public company.
As a Partner and founder of Cardinal Points Group, LLC, since 1998, he guides owners and executives of value-added technology resellers, distributors,
manufacturers, and independent software vendors in business planning, strategy formulation (growth and exit, services transformation),
organization structure, business measurements and controls, as well as finance. A passionate advocate of small- and medium-sized businesses,
Warren has co-authored and developed several financial management courses for technology resellers and solutions providers.
He has taught and
shared his insights with thousands of technology resellers and solutions providers, both domestically and internationally. He was also the driving force
behind IBM's Business Transformation Initiative (BTI) that Warren authored and has taught globally to resellers. In 2000, Warren also

SHELVA C. BULLOCK - Instructional Designer/Course Curriculum Developer
Shelva Bullock has over 20 years experience in information technology that includes working on medium to large cross functional projects within the financial, insurance, telecommunications, public utilities and retail industries. She has performed various roles including instructional designing, technical training, technical writing, consulting and business analysis. Her background also includes extensive travel to Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Shelva uses her wealth of knowledge in instructional design methods for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of training needs and programs. She has developed numerous e-Learning courseware-based and instructor-led training programs ranging from soft skills to systems training. She is equally experienced in designing marketing and training materials.
In addition, Shelva also has an extensive experience in video production. With a degree in broadcast production, her background includes directing television broadcasts, documentaries, large church events and services as well as filming and producing weekly sales training videos and product sales promotions. She brings to any organization a unique skill set of utilizing video technology to create training to meet specialized client objectives.
Shelva is a certified instructional designer/developer from Langevin Learning Services and is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). She enjoys photography, videography and traveling.
